Chara doesn't know the full details of Bendy's existence, and at this point neither do we as the game isn't complete yet. She just knows what she's been subjected to. She might also just be a pinch salty that she's not as popular as he seems to be.

And really Bendy is right; you can't swear in children's cartoons, Chara.
